Curry Injury and Irving Trade Buzz in the NBA

Stephen Curry Ruled Out Indefinitely with a Knee Injury

Curry was ejected after hitting a knee with an opponent in the third quarter of the Warriors’ 119-113 victory over the Dallas Mavericks.

He had an MRI on Sunday, which confirmed a “minor tear” of ligaments in his left knee and bruising on his lower leg.

Curry, who is 34 years old, will not be playing in the game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday.

The Warriors stated in a statement that they will develop further details and a possible timeline for Curry’s injury in the coming days.

He could also miss his ninth appearance in Feb. The NBA named Curry a starter for the 19th NBA All-Star Game.

Curry, a four-time NBA champion, has missed 11 games so far this season with a slightly dislocated shoulder.

Kyrie Irving Trade Rumors to Dallas Mavericks

Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets have reportedly reached an agreement to trade Kyrie Irving to the Dallas Mavericks.

According to multiple reports, the 30-year-old guard has requested a trade after failing to agree on a new contract.

Irving, an eight-time NBA All-Star, has endured plenty of trouble off the court during his time in Brooklyn.

New York ban on unvaccinated people forced Irving to miss Nets games until March due to not getting Covid-19 vaccine.

He later said his decision not to vaccinate cost him a four-year contract worth $100 million.

In November, the NBA suspended Irving for eight games and made him apologize for posting anti-Semitic content on social media.
