Bridlington Table Tennis League, the Cobras, defeated The Crazy Gang

Bridlington Table Tennis League Chris Deegan and Peter Clarkson scored the most points for the leaders, but wins for Caron Holdsworth, Paul Wilkinson and Julian James ensured a close race, writes Tony Wigley.

James Builders defeated Scorpions 7-2 to remain in third place. Simon James went unbeaten again with two wins for Leon and Jacob James. Ethan Marshall has two wins for the Scorpions.

The Barracudas remained fourth after a 6-3 win over the Penholders, with Deegan and Clarkson top-scoring, while Rory Bagnall, Alan Fumagalli and Ethan Marshall each finished fifth.
